Peter Wong has been appointed as the Head of Operations for Berjaya Hotels and Resorts (‘BHR’). In his role, he will focus on developing strategies to increase the hotels’ operational efficiency and improve guest satisfaction of all the hotels and resorts owned and managed by Berjaya Hotels and Resorts. He is also in charge of the overall management and coordination of daily operations, ensuring the hotels operate according to the group’s policies and professional guidelines. Peter is a hospitality management professional with over 29 years of experience. He started his career as a Financial Controller at one of the hotels in Malaysia. In the ensuing years, he held various key portfolios within the international hotel chains in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Bahamas, Myanmar and London.
