Hilton Darwin, a five-star hotel in the Northern Territory, has officially introduced Digital Key, a feature of Hilton Honors mobile app, providing members more choice and control over their entire travel experience. The addition of Digital Key now gives guests the option to bypass the check-in counter and access their room via the Hilton Honors mobile app. Six other Hilton properties in the Australasia region have already activated Digital Key, with a significant rollout throughout 2020 expected to take this number to 17 by year’s end. Hilton Honors is the guest-centric loyalty program for the entire 18-brand Hilton portfolio, striving to make travel more valuable, more flexible and more personalized — for every type of traveller.
